The former Black Sabbath frontman – who became a solo act and later became a reality TV star – held his final performance earlier this month, reuniting with his old bandmates for a charity concert at Birmingham’s Villa Park.
Sitting on a leather throne, Osborne fought to play classics from Parkinson’s disease and bands such as “Iron Man” and “War Piggs.”
It became his music breakup.
His loss was mourned Tuesday by fans, musicians, celebrities and others on social media.
