The next day, on April 8th, players and personnel will access Capitol Hill.
Franchise’s Shortstop Mookie Betts told reporters Tuesday that he is still undecided if he visits the White House with his team and needs to talk to his family first.
Betts did not visit the White House in 2019, nor did he visit the Boston Red Sox following Trump’s first World Series victory during his first term. He joined the Dodgers on a 2021 White House visit, but Joe Biden was president.
The visit coincides with the 3-Game Series against the Washingtonians.
