Arrest was made last week after a 22-year-old skateboarder was hit and killed on his way to work by a hit and run driver in Koreatown.
Fedir Iatsenko, 20, has been identified as the suspected driver in a grey four-door sedan that fatally attacked Oscar Lopez around 6am on Thursday.
After a collision on Sixth Avenue and Catalina Avenue, which police said were violent enough to leave traces of car parts, Itzenko reportedly did not stop to help or identify herself.
Clash also destroyed Lopez’s skateboard and knocked off at least one of his shoes, footage from the scene showed.
