For the first time since the devastating Palisades fired, Getty Villa is once again open as normal.
Museum officials confirmed that the facility’s normal hours will resume on Monday morning on Wednesday, July 16th. These times are Wednesday through Monday from 10am to 5pm.
With the new time, the number of daily bookings available is increasing, officials said.
Getty Villa was first reopened with a limited time last month.
Visitors enjoy the garden at the Getty Villa Museum in Malibu on April 18, 2011.
Getty staff evacuated to ensure that the area was safe and prepared for the full benefit of the public, working with local agencies to test the area and ensure the area was safe and ready for public return, including ensuring the safety of the site and buildings.
Admission to Getty Villa is free. However, reservations are required to enter. After 3pm, parking is $25 and $15
