Three men suspected of breaking into a Woodland Hills home and killing a man inside before escaping from the residence with private items were charged Tuesday with murder and other numbers.
Paata Kochyashvili, 38, Zaza Otarashvili, 46, and Besiki Khutsishvili, 52, were charged with murder, along with the special circumstances of the murder during the robbery. The claim was due to killing it
It happened around 1am on Saturday in the 22,200 block of Delaosa Street near Topanga Canyon Boulevard.
According to the Los Angeles Police Department, the three entered the house, hugged the resident prisoners and assaulted him, saying that “sacrificed his death.” The trio then fled the house “on the victim’s property,” police said.

The victim was identified as 47-year-old Alexandre Maud Base. He was found to suffer from head injuries and was declared dead at the scene.
The three suspects were arrested later that day. It was unclear what led the police into the trio and what was killed.
Kochashvili was arrested near Sepulveda and Burbank Boulevard. Otarashvili and Khutsishvili were arrested in the 400 block of Burchett Street, Glendale.
In addition to the murder, Kochashvili was charged on Tuesday with first-degree robbers of two counts and a single count of first-degree robbery with a person, false imprisonment by violence, and dissuading witnesses by force or threat.
Otarashvili was charged with a single charge of first-degree robbery of two counts and first-degree robbery in which the person attended. Khutsishvili was charged with 1st degree home break-in with two counts and 1st degree robbery with one count.
All three appeared in court on Tuesday, but on May 21, their arrests were re-established and ordered to remain in jail without bail.
