If you’ve ever wanted a taste of Arinea without taking a flight, now is your chance. This summer, acclaimed upscale dining destination has emerged at Maybourne Beverly Hills this summer as part of its 20th anniversary tour across the country.
According to The Robb Report (Tour’s media partner), Alinea will appear in Brooklyn, Miami and Beverly Hills, with more places to be announced as part of the second leg in the near future. In LA, three Michelin Star restaurants will win residencies at Maybourne Beverly Hills from July 17th to August 20th.
20-year-old Arinea is widely believed to be a popular molecular gastronomic food. The globally inspired menu is based on chef owner Grant Achatz’s Thomas Keller’s experience at French laundry in the Napa Valley and Spain’s now closed El Bri.

Some tour stops will include a restaurant cocktail bar, aviary and office pop-ups, but it is unclear whether that list features a summer residency in Beverly Hills.
“If done right, this celebration can also serve as a love letter to the whole restaurant and to the hospitality industry,” Achatz told Robb Report. “We are grateful for the opportunities and relationships that have shaped us, and we want to share our appreciation with the wider community that continues to inspire us.”
Although LA Leg preorders have not been released yet, you can follow the Alinea group on Instagram to see when they drop.
