A suspect is in custody after an overnight shooting and subsequent arson in Antelope Valley.
Detectives responded to the 44500 block of North Tabler Avenue in Lancaster at 1:27 a.m. Saturday, according to a bulletin released by the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department early Saturday morning.
It is believed that a party was being held at the home at the time.
Los Angeles County Fire Department Battalion Chief Randy Perry told KTLA that crews responded to the scene and saw smoke and fire.

Perry said four victims were found inside the burning house, two of whom were pulled out by sheriff’s officials and two by firefighters.
The fourth victim was taken to the hospital, but his condition is unknown.
Video footage from the scene obtained by KTLA shows paramedics rushing the victim on a stretcher to an ambulance as police arrive at the chaotic scene.
The fire was extinguished in about 10 minutes, Perry said, adding that the suspect was later taken into custody.

Details regarding their identities and those of the deceased have not been released.
At 7 a.m. Saturday, detectives and Los Angeles County Fire Department arson investigators were seen searching the scene for evidence.
Authorities have not released further details about the shooting and arson.
