First aired on FOX: New National Republican Senatorial Committee (NRSC) senior staff revealed Thursday to support incoming Chairman Tim Scott (R.S.C.) in his goal of expanding the Republican majority in 2026. Ta. President-elect Donald Trump, Scott himself, and former Vice President Mike Pence.
Scott, who is elected to lead the NRSC next cycle, will have support from veteran Republican operatives.
Jennifer DeCasper, Scott’s longtime chief of staff and top adviser, will be the next NRSC executive director. Stephen Demora joins her as Deputy Executive Director. He served as Pence’s campaign manager for the 2024 presidential election and has extensive experience working with campaigns and outside groups to win elections.

“Two years of complete Republican control is good, but four years of Trump policies is even better,” Scott said in a statement to Fox News Digital. “Defending and attacking the majority and advancing President Trump’s agenda will require an elite team to execute at the highest levels. Karla Mason, a Trump alumnus, will serve as finance director. Nathan Brand joins the NRSC team as a senior advisor to Scott. The committee’s next political director will be Brendan Jaspers, who previously served as campaign manager at Growth Club.
The NRSC’s next communications director will be Joanna Rodriguez, who currently serves as communications director for Sen. Pete Ricketts, Republican of Nebraska. Ricketts will continue to serve as vice chair of the NRSC in the 2026 cycle.
Additionally, veteran Senate staffer Brennen Britton will become the NRSC’s director of external affairs, and Brittney Godoy, who previously led Scott’s fundraising efforts, will serve as the committee’s senior financial advisor.

The NRSC noted the added value of the breadth of political experience each member of the team brings to the table and said it believes it will help maintain and expand the Republican Senate majority working with Trump.

Several races will be hotly contested in 2026, including races for the seats of Sen. Jon Ossoff of Georgia, Sen. Thom Tillis, RN.C., and Sen. Susan Collins of Maine. is expected.
Sen. Kirsten Gillibrand (D.Y.) actively advocated for her fellow Democrats to assume the role of Democratic Senate Campaign Committee chair during the same cycle. Central to her pitch is the ability to effectively speak to voters in purple areas, which she says Democrats must do.
