The Trump administration has filed federal charges after hearing that illegal immigrants convicted of manslaughter are due to be released by the California government more than six years earlier.
Oscar Eduardo Ortega Anguiano was drunk, high and speeding on the 405 highway in Orange County in November 2021. He crashed into a car driven by a young couple, 19-year-old Anya Valforomev and Nikolei Osokin. In the spring of 2022, he was convicted of two counts of total vehicle manslaughter while drunk.
Fox News reported Wednesday morning that Ortega Anguiano will be released by the California government on July 19 after serving just 3.5 years of a 10-year sentence, and the victim’s families were informed of early release on Easter Sunday.

Attorney General Pam Bondi showed weight according to Fox’s exclusive news report.
“This is absolutely merciless. What about justice for these teens? What about the rights of their parents? [The DOJ] We will work with Ice to make sure this illegal alien will receive full penalty for his crimes,” Bondi tweeted.

The CDCR usually works with ICE detainees, but Border Czar Tom Homan quickly said federal authorities would step in after release.
“I’ll work together [Homeland Security] Secretary Gnome about this case, and I assure you, if they do not respect the detainees, we will “be outside of that facility” to obtain custody of this individual outside this facility and deport him, Homan said in the “American Newsroom.”

“I hope he will stay in prison, I hope he will get older in prison, I hope he will eventually be kicked out of our country,” said Pavel Osokin, Nicolei’s father.
“Three years to kill two children! That’s confusing to me. Why spend five people, give them three people, first give them three people. At least we know what to expect.
