A California Democrat was widely criticized by conservatives on social media after posting a message online telling federal agents to arrest illegal immigrants in Los Angeles and “get the F—” version.
“ICE will enable order to be restored from f — LA,” said Rep. Norma Torres, who posted on Tiktok on Friday as protests and riots broke out through the assault. Social media conservatives responded to the video immediately, accusing Torres, who was born in Guatemala in the 1990s and became a US citizen, of promoting violence and violence against ice officers that unfolded over the next few days.
“This is a seated member of the council,” Tiktok’s conservative influencer account Libs posted on X.

“Torres is a member of Congress, a complete madman and conservative influencer, Paul Cipla, posted on X.
“The Devil’s Property,” posted on X by White House Communications director Steven Cheung.
Conservative influencer Benny Johnson called Torres “crazy” in an X post, and several users, including Arizona Sen. Wendy Rogers, called on Torres to be expelled from Congress.
“Arrest her now” Conservative influencer account Catturd posted on X.
“I found a communist in Congress,” author James Lindsay wrote to X.

President Trump said Sunday that he has sent 2,000 National Guard soldiers to Los Angeles to “maintain peace” to prevent the repeated recurring unrest of 2020 immigrant protests plunged into riots and the Democratic governor of Minnesota “burning the city.”
During the riots, ice officers were targeted by violence, including throwing rocks and other projectiles along with vandalism in the form of graffiti calling for violence against ice officers.
US Border Patrol Chief Michael Banks shared a photo of one Border Patrol’s bloody hands.
Federal sources said the agents could have been killed by flying shrapnel.
The bank confirmed that several arrests have already been made for assaulting federal agents.
