Exclusive: The White House supports laws that promote timelines for implementing illegal immigration removal orders.
The rapid expulsion of immigrant offenders who violate (delet) the law led by Senators Marsha Blackburn, Ted Budd and Ted Cruz gives the Department of Justice a 15-day quick time frame to end the “removal process” after the process has been “beginned.”
“Under the failure of Joe Biden’s leadership, we have seen the biggest wave of illegal immigration in the country’s history and forced the Tennessee and American communities to have consequences,” Blackburn said in a statement Thursday when the bill was introduced.
“With a record number of illegal aliens currently living in the United States, President Trump needs to have all the tools necessary to quickly remove them from our country. Our removal law requires these illegal aliens to begin removal procedures within 15 days of notification,” she added.

Stephen Miller, policy director for the White House Deputy Chiefs of Staff, added that the bill supports the administration’s deportation goals, aiming to arrest 3,000 people every day. Immigration and customs enforcement broke daily arrest records on Tuesday and Wednesday, making more than 2,000 arrests.
“Under the Biden administration, Americans have witnessed a full-scale aggression in our country that directly threatens our national security and sovereignty. Due to the Democratic open border policy, Miller, the mirror that the US has been told by, must take strong and decisive steps to eliminate those ordered to be removed from the US.

“The Deletion Act is an important law that will help you to carry out the mass deportation work and attract gang members, cartels and violent criminals on the streets. By passing this law, we guarantee that we will ensure that we will secure our borders forever, along with the largest massive deportation investment in American history provided by one big beautiful bill.
Millions of people were estimated to have illegally entered the country during the Biden administration, including the tropical borders.
