A federal judge on Monday blocked the Trump administration from revoking the legal status and work permits of more than 530,000 immigrants from Cuba, Haiti, Nicaragua and Venezuela.

The immigrants came to the United States under Biden’s controversial and controversial CHNV Popular Humanitarian Parole Program.

On her order, Obama appointee Judge Indira Talwani wrote that each immigrant must have a separate, case-by-case review.

Venezuelan immigrants will walk after being deported from the United States in Caracas, Venezuela on March 24, 2025, and arrive on flight.

“End of the parole process for Cubans, Haitians, Nicaraguans and Venezuelans, 90 Fed. Reg. 13611 (March 25, 2025) continues to pending further court orders as long as it is revoked, without a case-by-case review, without review of previously granted paroles and parole approved cases not registered with non-ciTizens Prolol aprol extizatestatestatess. Cuba, Haiti, Nicaragua, and Venezuela (the “CHNV Parole Program”) before the parole end date originally stated by non-citizens,” she wrote.

Fox News Digital has contacted the White House.

Biden created the CHNV program in 2023 through his enforcement parole authorities. The program was launched in 2022 and was first applied before Venezuelans expanded to additional countries.

The Biden administration argued that CHNV would help reduce illegal crossings at tropical borders and allow for better screening of people entering the country amid the influx of immigrants.

The program was temporarily suspended after widespread fraud was discovered. Several recipients have been arrested for famous crimes involving multiple child rapes.

CHNV has allowed immigrants and their near-kinds to jump into the US if they have American sponsors. They were then able to remain in the country for two years under a temporary immigration status known as parole.

Officials from the Department of Homeland Security and Trump administration said Talwani essentially ruled that Trump could not use his own enforcement agency, the same authority that Biden used, to revoke the parole he had admitted.

“It’s a purely lawless movement,” Trump administration officials told Fox News.

In March, approximately 532,000 immigrants under the CHNV program were told to leave the United States prior to humanitarian parole, and the accompanying work permit was cancelled on April 24, giving them a month since the notification was officially made public on March 25.
