First Fox: The Trump administration will direct the federal government-wide executive head, prepare to launch “massive cuts,” and develop a reorganization plan by mid-March, Fox News Digital has learned.

Fox News Digital has exclusively obtained a memo that will be sent Wednesday to the principal of the agency of Russell Vought, director of management and budgets, and the representative director of the HR management office. The memo is titled “Guidance and Reorganization Plan on Agent RIF and Reorganization Plans by implementing the President’s ‘Government Efficiency Bureau’ Workforce Optimization Initiative.”

“The federal government is expensive, inefficient and indebted,” the memo said. “At the same time, there have been no consequences for the American people.”

“Instead, taxes are being sucked up to fund counterproductive and unnecessary programs that benefit radical interest groups while hurting hardworking American citizens,” he continued. “Americans registered their verdict in bloated and corrupt federal bureaucracy by voting on President Trump and the promise to clean up the federal government on November 5, 2024.”
