President Donald Trump wrote a fiery long post on social media Thursday night in response to the fierce legal battle surrounding his proposed tariffs.
On Thursday, the U.S. Federal Circuit Court of Appeals allowed Trump’s tariffs to be temporarily in effect just one day before the US. The International Trade Court on Wednesday determined that Trump had surpassed his authority over tariffs under the International Emergency Economic Force Act (IEEPA).
True socially, Trump wrote that the U.S. International Trade Court opposed tariffs “incredibly” and “deeply necessary” but the order was kept by federal courts.
“Where did these first three judges come from? How is it possible that they could cause such damage to the United States?” a Republican post read. “Is that purely hatred towards ‘Trump’? What other reason is that? ”

Trump then targeted Leonard Leo, chairman of the Federal Association’s board of directors. Trump said he uses conservative legal organisations to select judges when he is “unfamiliar with Washington.”
“It was suggested that I use the Federalist Association as a source of recommendation for judges,” Trump wrote.
“I did so openly and freely, but I found them under the thumbs of a real ‘Slaze bag’ named Leonard Leo.
Trump added that he was “very disappointed” in a federalist society because of the bad advice he gave me with numerous judicial nominations.

“This is something you won’t forget!” said the Republican. “I am very proud of many of our picks because all of that is said, but I am very disappointed in others. They have to always do the right thing for the country!”
The President then concluded his long post by bringing attention to his pending tariffs and calling attention.
“The U.S. International Trade Court’s ruling is so wrong, so it’s political!” Trump said. “Hopefully, the Supreme Court will quickly and decisively reverse the threatening decision of this horrible country.”
