President Donald Trump said Kilmer Abrego Garcia holds a “incredibly bad” record. Sen. Chris Van Hollen visited El Salvador on Thursday and said the Trump administration, who lives in Maryland, met abroad there.
When asked whether Trump encouraged other Democrats to visit El Salvador’s Kilmer Abrego Garcia, Trump blows up the “fake” Democrats because he didn’t really care about Garcia, who illegally entered the United States from El Salvador in 2011, and because the Trump administration didn’t actually care about Garcia, who claimed to be a member of the MS-13 gang.
“They’re all fakes, and they’re not interested in those prisoners,” Trump told reporters Friday at the White House after Dr. Mehmet Oz’s oath ceremony to oversee Medicare and Medicaid services. “The prisoner’s record is incredibly bad.”

The Trump administration deported Garcia, 29, to El Salvador, which described it as “administrative error” in court filings, and has since said it has been up to El Salvador to whether Garcia will return to the United States, and that the federal court and the Supreme Court have directed the Trump administration to coordinate Garcia’s appropriate deportation hearing.
The Justice Department made the remarks Wednesday after a document was released detailing Jennifer Vasquez’s allegations filed in court by Garcia’s wife, Jennifer Vasquez.
“At this point, I’m afraid to be close to him,” she said according to the submission. “I have multiple photos/videos of how violent he is and all the bruises he left to me.”

Additionally, the 2022 Homeland Security Investigation Report, obtained by Fox News, alleges Garcia is suspected of participating in labor and human trafficking. The report said Tennessee’s highway patrol troopers attracted Garcia after turning in 2022. The patrol officer found eight other individuals in the car along with Garcia, who had just started driving three days ago.
Officers originally believed the incident was eligible for a trafficking case because no packages were found in the car, but ultimately wrote down Garcia to drive with an expired license.
The report also identified Garcia as a member of MS-13, a terrorist organization designated under the Trump administration.

“Abrego Garcia is a member of the MS-13 gang, an illegal foreigner from El Salvador and suspected of being a human trafficker,” Tricia McLaughlin, deputy director of homeland security, told Fox News. “The facts reveal that he was pulled along with eight individuals in a car without luggage on a three-day trip from Texas to Maryland.”
“The facts speak for themselves, and they tear off human trafficking,” McLaughlin said.
Meanwhile, Trump also accused Maryland Democrat Van Hollen of making a visit to El Salvador.
“Maryland Sen. Chris Van Hollen looks like a fool standing in El Salvador yesterday, attracting attention from fake news media and anyone. Trump wrote on his true social account on Friday.
