Trump Judge: Every one of us must illegally register with the federal government

The Trump administration was handed another victory on Thursday after ruling that everyone in the US must illegally register with the federal government and publish documents.

The Associated Press reported that Judge Trevor Neil McFadden, appointed by President Donald Trump, was on his side with the administration after claiming that he was enforcing existing requirements for all countries that are not American citizens.

Rather than dominate the content of the Trump administration’s debate, McFadden ruled that the groups pushing to stop the requirements have no position to pursue their claims.

McFadden’s ruling comes into effect Friday.

The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) said Thursday that it added that the deadline for registering with people who have been in the country for more than 30 days is Friday, with the registration requirements being enforced to the fullest extent possible.

“President Trump and I have an unlawfully clear message to the people of our country. I’m leaving now. If you leave now, you may have the opportunity to enjoy our freedom and live our American dreams.” “The Trump administration will enforce all immigration laws. We don’t choose and choose the laws to enforce. We need to know who is in our country for the safety and security of our hometown and all Americans.”

DHS began warning illegal immigrants in February that they should either leave the country or face serious consequences.

The secretary said the DHS would implement the Immigration and Nationality Act, enacted in 1952, creating several tools that would track illegal aliens and force them to voluntarily leave the United States.

The tool includes criminal penalties for immigrants who choose not to leave the United States, register and be fingerprinted with the federal government, and choose to notify the federal government of changes to their addresses, according to the DHS.

Illegal immigrants who fail to leave the United States will be charged with crimes that result in “severe penalties,” DHS said.

However, immigrants who fail to register with the federal government could face fines, imprisonment, or both.

Registration is required for people over the age of 14 who have no legal status. Anyone who registers must provide a fingerprint and address.

Canadians must go through the registration process if they have been in the US for more than 30 days. This includes “snowbirds” who spend several winter months in warmer areas like Florida.

It has long been necessary for people living in the United States and not American citizens, but this requirement is only in rare circumstances.

For example, this requirement came into effect in a limited manner on September 11, 2001, after the National Security Registration Registration System required non-citizen men over the age of 16 from 16 countries to register with the US government.

The programme had not led to a terrorism conviction, but it drew more than 13,000 people into deportation proceedings. The program was suspended in 2011 and disbanded in 2016.
