The Trump organization is suing capital after “unfairly” termination of more than 300 of the bank accounts and accounts of a large number of Trump family companies in 2021.

Eric Trump told Fox News Digital that he will hold major businesses accountable for the “severe nature of cancellations based on political bias.”

The Trump organization filed a lawsuit against the capital on Friday in the Circuit Court for the 11th Judicial Circuit in Miami-Dade County, Florida. Plaintiffs in this case are Eric Trump, Donald J. Trump Revocation Trust, DJT Holdings, DJT Holdings Managing Members, and DTTM operations.

This is what can we do about the abuse of power of Americans by regulators, stripped off.

On March 8, 2021, Capital One informed Trump and the plaintiffs that the hundreds of bank accounts they controlled, and those actively used, would be closed on June 7, 2021. According to the lawsuit, Capital did not provide Trump and the plaintiffs “did not offer reliance, relief or alternatives.”

Accounts belonging to the Trump organization held millions of dollars belonging to them and their affiliates.

Trump told Fox News Digital Friday that 300 business accounts have been terminated, and various accounts belonging to many Trump families have been terminated.

The Trump organization “employed, traded and utilized capital by leveraging hundreds of millions of dollars to grow and expand these businesses,” according to the lawsuit. The lawsuit states that “Capital One benefits from the plaintiff’s substantial deposits, perfect creditworthiness and fame associated with having business ties with President Trump.”

According to the lawsuit, Capital One did not provide advance notice to Trump and the plaintiffs and “unilaterally terminated” the account.

“The plaintiff suffered considerable financial harm and losses not only from the interruption of access to Capitol One’s banking services, but also from the devastating impact on the plaintiff’s ability to trade and access money,” the lawsuit states. “The plaintiffs “woke up” that there is reason to believe that the capital’s unilateral decision was the result of political and social motivations and the unfounded nature of the capital, which is necessary to distance himself from President Trump and his conservative political views.

House oversight chair says there is evidence of conservative banking, and tips for the investigation are

“Essentially, Capital One is the plaintiff’s account that “interpreted” the plaintiff’s account. “In addition to the substantial economic harm suffered by the plaintiffs and their institutions, the reckless decisions of capital are part of the growth trends by US financial institutions to block consumers’ access to banking services if political views contradict that of financial institutions.”

The lawsuit adds, “capital actions are merely an example of systematic, disruptive industry practices aimed at enforcing political views to change and reconcile them.”

“The plaintiffs filed this lawsuit to shed light on the issues of great public interest and importance that they and their associated entities are suffering,” he said.

Eric Trump spoke exclusively to Fox News Digital Friday after filing a lawsuit that said “bank damage” and “weaponization seen in Corporate America, and otherwise seen by large, large banks.”

“Capital One should represent quite a few Americans,” Trump told Fox News Digital. “Cancelling golf courses, canceling residential buildings, and retail outfits that affect the livelihoods of tens of thousands of employees are seriously harmful and wrong in the United States, especially after building a perfect relationship for over a decade.”

Trump told Fox News Digital that Americans are “fed up with weaponization in corporate America.”

“I don’t know how difficult it is to change more than 300 bank accounts. There’s no reason at all,” Trump said. “These were hotels and golf courses, residential construction, commercial buildings, retail stores, skating rinks, parking garages, and there were no political affiliations. These were not political entities.

“The only common denominator was that they wore the Trump name.

“America is sick and tired of political law,” Trump added. “As a person and as a company, I don’t agree with any major companies that try to incredible harm and damage to people who may have objections.

“I have them and others accountable. This is just the beginning.”

Sources also criticised Trump at the time, indicating that similar legal action could be faced in the coming days and weeks.
