President Donald Trump has decided to remove security clearances for several Democrats, including former Secretary of State Antony Blinken, Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg and New York State Attorney General Letitia James.
Former national security adviser Jake Sullivan, Biden’s associate attorney general Lisa Monaco, and attorneys Andrew Weissman, Mark Zaid and Norm Eisen;
The move comes the day after Trump stripped his predecessor, President Joe Biden of security clearance and access to the president’s daily briefs.

“Joe Biden doesn’t need to continue receiving access to categorized information,” Trump wrote in a Truth Social Friday night post.

He added that precedents were set by Biden himself.
“When he set this precedent in 2021 and directed the intelligence reporting community (IC) to stop the 45th US president (me!) from accessing national security details, he said. “It’s courtesy provided to the company,” Trump wrote.
