President Donald Trump has expressed his support for Andrew Garbarino of New York, Troy Downing of Montana, Guy Reshentaler of Pennsylvania and Brian Steel of Wisconsin, supporting House Republicans on Sunday with the True Social Post.
Each lawmaker received individual posts from Trump, each post declared that the lawmakers given had Trump support.
Republicans currently have a majority in the House, but the 2026 midterm will determine whether the GOP maintains control of the chamber between the tails of Trump’s second term.

Trump’s support for Galvalino comes after he didn’t vote for “One Big Beautiful Bill Act” which passed the House last week.
House Speaker Mike Johnson said, “Galvalino wasn’t long before,” but he was falling asleep.
“I’m proud to have been a major voice on Long Island during the negotiations on this important settlement bill. I lifted the salt cap and ensured that hardworking Long Island families would see the benefits of this important law. When the vote was closed, I voted to vote ‘Yes’.

“I am unhappy with the vote being closed before the vote was held, but I am proud of the work I have achieved to bring great results to Long Island. I congratulate President Trump on passing this bill and look forward to ‘yes’ as he returns to his home floor from the Senate,” Garbarino pointed out.
Fox News Digital contacted Garbarino’s office Monday morning, but did not receive a response by the time of publication.

“Thank you, President, it’s an honor to serve NY-02,” Garbarino said in a Sunday night X post in response to the president’s approval.
