President Donald Trump touted the administration’s progress on achieving peace deals around the world after talking to reporters in an oval office after a meeting marking the US-brokered peace deal in Africa.

“We were not a respected country. Just a year ago we had an incompetent president. There were bad people circulating around this desk. “I think they had evil intentions. They were, you weren’t that stupid, I mean, they had evil intentions, but the world once again respects our country.”

Commenting on the freshly mediated African peace that will end decades-long conflict between the Democratic Republic of the Congo and Rwanda, Trump said it was “a tremendous breakthrough.”

“In a few months, we achieved peace between India and Pakistan, Israel and Iran, the DRC and Rwanda. [and Kosovo]He said.

He also called his NATO trip “very successful” and said that US allies had pledged to spend more than a trillion dollars on defense.

“We were a huge success,” the president said.

Trump also mentioned successful strikes at three Iranian nuclear sites and subsequent ceasefires between Israel and Iran.

“You know, we called it “12 Days of War.” It was a 12-day war. And there were no nuclear weapons. That’s what we wanted. And they were absolutely blown away at these three sites, and nuclear weapons were absolutely blown away.

On the topic of healing in the Middle East, Trump also predicted that there will be a ceasefire in Gaza “next week.”

He called the situation in Gaza “bad,” but expressed optimism, where a ceasefire could soon arise between Israel and Hamas.

“I think it’s close. I just talked to some of the people involved,” the president said.

Trump also tackled the ongoing humanitarian crisis in Gaza, saying, “You know, we’re supplying the area with a lot of money and a lot of food because you have to, because you have to. Theoretically, we’re not involved in it, but people are dying.”

He also called on other countries to send humanitarian assistance to Gaza.

“We’re working on Gaza and we’re trying to take care of it. And you know that a lot of food has been sent out there, and other countries around the world should help,” he said.

In addition to being respected by American allies, Trump said his administration has improved relations with countries such as Russia, North Korea, China and Iran.

“Vladimir Putin made some very impressive statements today,” he said. “Look, he respects our country again. He didn’t respect that a year ago. I can tell you now, but President Putin respects our country and President Xi of China respects our country.

In response to a question about whether he could approve the US Patriot missile for Ukraine’s air defense, Trump simply replied, “I.”
