Trump urges Scotus to allow immigration to third party countries

The Trump administration has stepped in with the Supreme Court, which demands that illegal immigrants be expelled from countries other than their own, Fox News has learned.

The Justice Department’s request comes after Lower Court judge Brian Murphy issued last month the Trump administration’s attempt to rapidly deport immigrants illegally reside in the United States was stopped by third-party countries, not themselves. In the ruling, Murphy said the Trump administration has enough time to challenge deportation as it must provide “meaning” notifications to migrants who want to deport third parties.

The Justice Department’s request follows another Monday evening ruling from Murphy, which rejects the Trump administration’s request to lift his injunction, as deportation continues while the merits of his ruling are awarded. In Murphy’s rejection, the Trump administration sought emergency relief from the Supreme Court and asked to overturn the injunction itself.

At the heart of the Trump administration’s demand for relief from Murphy’s injunction are dozens of people from various countries, including Vietnam and Myanmar, who are allegedly deported to South Sudan in violation of Murphy’s previous order.

Last week, Murphy ordered military bases in Djibouti to maintain US custody until each migrant can give “rational horror interviews.” As of Monday night, none of these interviews had been conducted, according to Murphy.

It was unclear where the plane carrying the migrants would be last week, but sources with knowledge of the situation confirmed to Fox News that the flight was in the nearby Djibouti country of Africa. There is no word on when the flight will travel to South Sudan or when it will go.

A spokeswoman for the Department of Homeland Security had indicated that South Sudan was not the final destination for that particular flight.

In response to Murphy’s ruling last week, President Donald Trump has called on the Supreme Court to “come an end” to judges who are in the way of his immigration enforcement efforts.

“The judges are absolutely out of control, hurting our country, knowing nothing about certain circumstances or what they’re doing. And this has to change soon! Hopefully, the US Supreme Court will end the mud caused by the fundamental left.”

“If this isn’t resolved immediately and the world is watching, our country will be surrounded again, with hundreds of thousands of hardened criminals surviving, saying, “breaking the wall.” ”
