Lawyers and legal experts blasted New York Judge Juan Machan’s decision in New York v. Trump just days before President-elect Donald Trump’s inauguration. He said it would be remembered as one of the “worst” incidents in history.

This will be remembered as an absolute case that was unjust from the beginning,” Fox News host Mark Levin said on Fox News after the verdict.
Marchan on Friday morning granted Trump unconditional release without penalties such as fines or jail time.
