President Donald Trump promoted his foreign policy achievements while visiting his latest Scottish golf course on Tuesday, the day after Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s attitude on food supply to Gaza and his broken down.
The president appeared before reporters at Trump International Golf Link near Aberdeen, Scotland, where he and his sons Donald Trump Jr. and Eric Trump opened a new golf course on Tuesday.
“I look forward to playing it today. I’ll play it soon. And then I’ll go back to DC and put out the fires all over the world,” Trump said before cutting the ribbon that opens a new course at Barmedi Village on Scotland’s north coast.
“We did one yesterday. You know, we stopped the war, but we stopped five wars,” Trump said. “It’s far more important than playing golf. As far as I like it, it’s far more important.”
“It’s going to be a special year, it’s going to be a special decade, and we’re going to make every country strong and truly great again,” Trump added. “And that’s happening and it’s happening very quickly.”

Amidst US pressure, Thailand and Cambodia have reached a ceasefire agreement. The Trump administration has also argued for its responsibility to avoid nuclear escalations between India and Pakistan, conflicts between Serbia and Kosovo, and spread violence between Rwanda and the Democratic Republic of Congo in Central Africa. Earlier this year, Yemen’s Iran-backed Houtsis agreed to a ceasefire after the US-UK strike.
In late June, Trump ordered our strike on Iran’s nuclear facilities and infrastructure. He claimed that in just 12 days it ended the Israeli-Iran conflict and prevented the loss of life.
Meanwhile, the US and Israel pulled negotiators from a ceasefire talk in Doha, Qatar last week. Trump envoy Steve Witkov said Hamas does not believe that on October 7, 2023, they would “act in cooperation or in good faith” to reach an agreement to return the remaining hostages that were attacked on Israel or “create a more stable environment for the people of Gaza.”
When the opening ceremony ended Tuesday, reporters cried out questions to Trump and asked what the president would say next to Netanyahu.
“We’re working together to try and straighten things for the world,” Trump said.
Trump held a bilateral meeting with British Prime Minister Kiel Starmer on Monday at another golf course in Trump Turnberry in Gilvan, Scotland. When a reporter agreed to Netanyahu’s recent remarks and agreed to recent remarks about concerns that Gaza was being exaggerated, he replied.

Trump also argued that the US lacked sufficient credibility for the aid already provided to Hamas terrorist-controlled Gaza.
The president concludes his five-day foreign trip, designed around promoting family luxury facilities and playing golf.

Trump used his trip to meet with priorities and reached a trade framework for tariffs between the US and 27 member states of the European Union, but many key details have not been drawn.
“You know, we’ve just signed something very big with the European Union as well as the UK. The UK was a week ago. It’s a very big deal, it’s a big deal for the country. And it’s a big deal for everyone.”
Trump had invited the star famous for not playing golf in Air Force 1 so that the prime minister could take a private tour of his Aberdeen property before Tuesday’s ritual opening.
Scotland’s Trump International Golf Links has charged “the largest 36 holes in golf.” Scotland was designed by Eric Trump. The course will host the PGA Senior Championship event later this week after Trump leaves.
“These are very difficult to build and they won’t be built any more. Perhaps we won’t see another course built on the dunes rather than on the dunes like this,” Trump said of Tuesday’s course.
The new golf course will be third-largest owned by the Scottish Trump organization. Trump bought Turnberry in 2014 and owns another course near Aberdeen, which opened in 2012.

Trump honored Sara Malone, executive vice president of Trump International Golf Links Scotland at his opening ceremony on Tuesday. Eric Trump said Malone “really became a part of our family” and oversees the property for 16 years.
Mary Anne MacLeod, the president’s late mother, was born on the Isle of Lewis in northern Scotland and moved to New York. She passed away in 2000 at the age of 88.
“We love Scotland. My mother was born here and she loved it. She returned religiously once a year with her sister Marianne and sometimes her sister Elizabeth. But they will come here religiously.” “Stonoway. It’s serious Scotland.”
The president also thanked his daughter-in-law Lara Trump, who was on his new course with him on Tuesday for his job leading the Republican Party in the 2024 presidential election.
