“By the end of today, we’ll see 18 of President Trump’s candidates. These candidates are bold and qualified,” Barrasso said on the Senate floor before the Senate vote.
“That’s more candidates than President Obama had in 2009. It’s more than twice as many as President Biden had in 2021,” he said.
“Americans voted for a bold, new direction in Washington, and Senate Republicans are delivering it,” he said.
