The Senate GOP has worked in Overdrive to see key officials in President Donald Trump’s administration faster than his predecessors.

Senate majority leader John Tune, Rs.D. , and Senate Republicans approved 18 of the 22 Cabinet positions.

The GOP-led Senate confirmed last week that Kash Patel was FBI director last week, giving Trump another victory despite not a member of the president’s cabinet.

“By the end of today, we’ll see 18 of President Trump’s candidates. These candidates are bold and qualified,” Barrasso said on the Senate floor before the Senate vote.

“That’s more candidates than President Obama had in 2009. It’s more than twice as many as President Biden had in 2021,” he said.

“Americans voted for a bold, new direction in Washington, and Senate Republicans are delivering it,” he said.
