Donald Trump has been accused of trying to abolish the 20th century.
That’s how the New York Times put it down and there’s plenty of reporting to back it up.
But I’ll add this little perspective.
When Joe Biden took office, he was widely portrayed as creating important, progressive reforms. He was portrayed as canceling the damages of Trump’s first term. He was one of the good guys.
Why Trump’s undeniable streak brings out a barrage of negative press
(Biden was also too old for his job, mentally weakened, protected from the press, and shook the borders, but his heart was seen as being in the right place.)
When Trump won the second term, he was quickly considered a human destruction ball.

He is absolutely offensive, taking on elite law firms, Ivy League University, media and has won big settlements from two of three broadcast networks, ABC and CBS. He sealed the borders, supported stronger tactics by ice agents, and even longtime allies slapped longtime allies with air tariffs he had promised during the campaign.
But most media portrays this as retreating, revoking important reforms and damaging the country. They have returned to the familiar role of resistance.

Framing means Trump is destroying democracy and ruining the economy. He is one of the bad guys. Don’t worry about him winning the popularity poll.
Trump is undoing what Biden did, as he did after Trump’s first term. It’s a catastrophe.
The president also successfully bombed Iran’s nuclear presence, despite debates over whether most Democrats and the media refused to praise him or were so unhappy.
(At the same time, Trump and his Justice Department refused the Jeffrey Epstein case, after a huge accumulation, to release nothing, because there was no client list and a convicted pedophile committed suicide in prison.)
Sarah Bedford, investigative editor for Media Abuzz, right-leaning Washington Examiner on Sunday, called it “a major PR disaster for the Trump administration. There’s no way they can get out of it.”
I’ve been trying to understand why this isn’t a two-day story, but rather is hitting such a deep chord among the royalists in Magazine. This is my view.

As Trump calls him, what is unnecessary about this “creep” is the broader emotion proxy that is the rich and powerful person always escapes things. They protect each other. They are not responsible for the actions that sink the rest of us.

Democrats seize drama in the Epstein Files with a new call to transparency
From the New York Times: “On issues of big and small, Trump hit the rewind button. At the broadest level, he tried to reverse the globalization and internationalism that defined our leadership around the world under World Presidents, before that.”
In a well-reported work, Peter Baker says Trump wants and raises questions about water, flu vaccines and car safety standards fluoride.

“He revealed he wanted to go back to the times when “Cat” was a Broadway smash hit, not “Hamilton.” Military facilities are not gay leaders, but when the paper fell into paper, when it was unable to save the suspect.
You may or may not agree with this analysis, but there is little question of whether Donald Trump would like to return the country to a time machine and when he was growing up, or even decades ago.
After all, that’s why we vote.

I don’t think he has the power to do this to a naturally born American citizen. And I don’t think he would do that. But even if he does, does it have to be bound by some kind of national security threat? Rosie, has he been repeating it for years?

“The US President always hated the fact that he was looking at who he was. This is the criminal who sexually abuses liars to endure our country and hurt our country. This is why I moved to Ireland.
Of course, there is zero evidence that he has dementia. But why go there?
