Republicans in the House and Senate are using minorities to work to promote President Donald Trump’s agenda through the budget settlement process. The Senate Budget Committee approved its own plan Wednesday night, but House counterparts are poised to meet on a proposal Thursday morning.
However, it is not immediately clear whether the bill will be passed.
