The Freedom Caucus of the Conservative House on Hardline has issued its own proposal to enact President Donald Trump’s agenda through the budget settlement process.
The plan will combine increased debt caps and increased border security funding with deep spending cuts through rollbacks of welfare work requirements and progressive Biden management initiatives.
This is a sign that despite ambitious plans to pass through the Chamber of Commerce at the end of the month, House GOP leaders have yet to find a consensus in moving forward within the conference.
House and Senate Republicans are aiming to use the Congressional majority to pass a massive, conservative policy overhaul through the budget adjustment process.

Republicans are already in operation by reducing the Senate threshold for passing from a third of the Senate to a simple majority, and Republicans are linked to budget issues and other financial issues. They argued that Trump’s tax cuts would expire by leaving them in the second bill under the House Freedom Caucus’s plan at the end of the year, where Congress has time to act.
The two-track approach is also favored by Senate Republicans who have moved their own plans this week.
