President Donald Trump recently promoted a new referendum that shows the rise in the share of Republicans.
The president pointed out in a social media post that he said was “risky support” for Maga, an acronym for Trump’s “Make America Great” movement.
“I’m not surprised at all!!” Trump wrote that he wrote a few days before the 100-day milestone.
Polls showed that 71% of Republicans now identify as MAGA supporters, starting from 55% in November.

The NBC News investigation is the latest evidence of Trump’s extremely solid grip on the GOP, and his reworking of the Republican Party in his image is a transformation that began with the president’s first White House victory in 20216.
The president has repeatedly bullied the possibility of running for reelection in 2028, but the reality is that providing services in the third term is clearly prohibited by the Constitution under the 22nd Amendment.
So, what will happen to America’s first agenda after the Trump Magazine movement and the US leave the White House?
“The Republicans will never go back to what it is. [former longtime Senate GOP leader] Mitch McConnell, run by the Washington Elite, passed away forever in 2024,” longtime Republican consultant Alex Castellanos told Fox News Digital.

Castellanos, a veteran of numerous GOP presidential campaigns, stressed that “Donald Trump’s Republican is living and growing in America.”
He then argued, “What happened in 2024 was that humans became movement.”

David Kochul, another longtime Republican strategist with a lot of experience in the presidential election trajectory, agreed, “We haven’t returned to what the party looked like in 2012. That’s true. We’re moving on to what new and different.”
Even Republican critics of Trump agree.
Former House member, former lawmaker and former lawmaker, Governor Asa Hutchinson, who failed to make a 2024 Republican presidential bid, admitted that “people who are heading in a different direction than President Trump’s Magazine leader are now fighting a defensive battle.”
“Trump found his journey with his anti-immigration message, and it masks the chaos from his super-charged tariff war and its economic impact,” Hutchinson told Fox News Digital.

Anyone who makes Trump a success as a GOP StandardBearer, whether it’s his heir, Vice President JD Vance or someone else, is not Trump.
“Trump is a very unique actor and appearance. He cannot be recreated,” Kochul emphasized. “No one can become the next Donald Trump. That’s impossible. He’s peculiar.”
However, his movement has some sustainability.
“Like the Reagan Revolution, Trump’s legacy and message will win beyond his final day,” longtime Republican consultant and presidential trail veteran Dave Carney told Fox News.
However, Carney argued that Trump’s legacy could “decline over the years unless the next Republican president continues.”

“Would it be as hot and heavy as his character is now? Carney asked.
Answering his own question, he said, “No. You need a messenger to carry that subject.”
However, Castellanos pointed out that Trump “created a new, younger generation of Magazine leaders who continue to continue the Magazine movement after Trump.”
Referring to Vance and others, Castellanos described it as a “new generation of magazines.”
“The players on the Magazine Farm team are currently playing Major League Ball,” he said.
Kochul turned to the future of GOP and said, “It’s become more populist and everyone will come out.”
And regarding those future leaders, he suggested, “We have a lot of great leadership and a great bench.”

Hutchinson, a former US lawyer for Ronald Reagan and a senior official in the George W. Bush administration, also focused on the future of Trump’s Magazine movement.
“Whether Trump’s control will continue for years to come depends on his views, depending on his GOP-based tolerance level.
