A pair of teenagers turned to police overnight after being fatally stabbed outside Santa Ana High School on Wednesday, authorities confirmed with KTLA.
The two teenagers 15 and 17 are both male students from Santa Anahi. The Santa Ana Police Department told KTLA’s Carlos Herrera that he and his parents were swaying themselves overnight and remained in custody.
Authorities have yet to confirm whether the arrests were made.
Officers responded to a report of the stab wound around 3:25pm, and the 14-year-old was taken to a local hospital where he later died.

The boy, a freshman at the school, has described him as “kind and funny” by friends and classmates, but has not yet been officially identified.
Additional victims, ages 15 and 17, were transported in stable condition after being stabbed in the upper torso. They are expected to recover in full.
Police confirmed Thursday that all parties, including the suspects and victims, are partnering with the gang.
In a statement posted on social media Wednesday night, Santa Ana Unified School District said it would increase the presence of police around Santa Ana on Thursday.
“We are committed to providing a safe, caring and supportive environment for all students and staff,” the statement partially explains. “The update continues to be available. We appreciate your continued support and compassion.”
