Vice President JD Vance shot former Vice President Kamala Harris.
Vance’s remarks explain the difference between how he and Harris handled his role as vice president, and speculated about the dynamics of the relationship between Harris and former president Joe Biden.
“Well, I don’t have four shots of vodka before every meeting,” Vance said in an interview that aired Thursday in an interview with Vince Coglian, a radio host and daily caller editor. “That’s one way Kamala really tried to bring herself to the role: these salads. I think it takes a lot of alcoholic help to answer the question the way Kamala Harris answered the question.”
Vance then shared suspicions that Harris and Biden did not have the same level of trust he and President Donald Trump share.

“My feeling is that there was no level of trust between Biden and Harris,” Vance said. “She wasn’t very strong enough to do the job. Fortunately, I’m in a situation where the president trusts me. If he asks him to do something, he believes it will happen. …I don’t think there were many vice presidents, but I think it’s all in the service that achieves the president’s vision.”
Harris faced daily scrutiny over comments that were cluttered with words, such as in September 2024 when he said, “I grew up understanding that children in the community are children in the community.”

Formerly serving as a California Senator, Harris is currently a CAA speaker speaker, representing famous celebrities. The CAA did not immediately respond to requests for comment from Fox News Digital.
A Vance spokesman confirmed that the vice president made a statement on the podcast, but did not provide additional comment to Fox News Digital. Coglianese did not immediately respond to a request for comment from Fox News Digital.
Meanwhile, Vance enjoyed himself in an interview Thursday.
Vance, who became the source of thousands of memes circulating through the internet after a heated, oval office meeting between President Trump and Ukrainian President Voldy Mir Zelensky in February, said he finds the memes interesting.
In particular, he said he enjoys Leonardo DiCaprio-based stuff from the 2019 film Once Upon a Hollywood.

“I’m a personal fan of Vance Helen, but that’s because I really like Band Van Halen,” Vance said. “That’s my personal preference. I don’t know how it happened or where it came from, but it’s very interesting to see your own face become this meme.
