The ring camera footage is one of the latest in a series of national attacks on Tesla vehicles, and one of the second incidents in a small Bay Area city, the moment a masked bandal threw rocks into the windshield and cut down on Novato’s cybertruck tires.

Bandar attacked around 4:22am on Saturday and appeared to have had a case of a truck parked in a private driveway before launching the attack at 5:41am, according to the Novat Police Station.

The person covered one surveillance camera with duct tape, but was photographed with another camera, saying he would throw concrete blocks at the car multiple times and cut the tires. The person left a handwritten message warning the driver to change all tires as the car is not safe to drive.

The incident was Novato’s second most recent attack on CyberTruck.

According to Navato Police Sgt, another truck was destroyed around the corner in the shopping centre’s parking lot last Saturday. Wes Carroll. The department doesn’t believe the same person is responsible for both cases, he said.

Elon Musk’s controversial rise in power at the White House and subsequent rage in the government sector, his futuristic ride has become a target of political punching bags and violence since being heavily worshiped by the defenders of left and clean energy.

Over the past few weeks, cars have been burning with Molotov cocktails, shot with guns and stained with spray paint.

Our atty. General Pam Bondi calls these violence and vandalism “nothing elsewhere in the country” and threatens severe consequences.

“The Justice Department has already kept that in mind for multiple perpetrators, including cases involving five-year, mandatory minimum sentence charges,” she said in a statement. “We will continue our investigation into those involved in these attacks, including those operating behind the scenes to coordinate and fund these crimes.”

Jason Bedell, who owns the cybertruck attacked in Novat on Saturday, told local television station KTVU that he believes the vandal’s rage is misdirected.

“All of these people who are unhappy with the government, Tesla and the Doji are taking it out to the wrong people,” Bedel told the station. “They’re taking it out to their neighbors. They’re taking it out to just working people. Most of these people are Democrats who bought these EVs.”

He is currently personally providing $25,000 in cash compensation for information that leads to the arrest of the suspect, the station reported.

The Novato Police Station is also seeking the public’s help in identifying vandals who are targeting local cyber trucks and asking Bedel’s neighbors to check suspicious activity or vehicle cameras between 4am and 6am on Saturday.

As of Monday morning, the department had reviewed and followed up tips submitted by the public and had not yet made any arrests in connection with any of the incidents, Sgt. said. Carol.

Nearby city of San Jose a man was arrested on March 17th, allegedly keyring a Tesla parked in a Costco lot. San Jose Mayor Matt Mahan criticized the use of vandalism as a tool for political activity.

“If this crime is politically motivated, our residents cannot be held responsible for Elon Musk’s doing 3,000 miles away,” he said in a statement on X, urging residents to express their opinions in the ballot box rather than in the parking lot.

The Federal Bureau of Investigation warned the man to become a Tesla attacker after throwing a Molotov cocktail and shooting him dead at a Tesla Service Center in Las Vegas, burning multiple vehicles.

“We want to let you know that it’s a federal crime, especially for those who might think this is just or potentially praiseworthy,” said Spencer Evans, the FBI special agent responsible for the Las Vegas Department. “We’ll come after you, we’ll find you and prosecute you to the fullest extent of the law.”

Musk called the attack “incomprehensible and deeply wrong” in X’s statement.
