Bodycam’s video shows the moment when Florida’s assistant station encounters an angry crocodile who doesn’t want to be disturbed while taking a dip in the pool.
A video released Saturday by the St. Johns County Sheriff’s Office shows a lieutenant in response to St. Augustine’s home to remove gators from the backyard pool.
“I know you’re mad,” the lieutenant grabs Gator and slaps it. “I’m grouch, you’re fine, I know, you’re so mad.”
After the Gator was removed quickly, impressed residents thank Richardson Deputy Bureau.
“You obviously grew up here,” says the family member. “Florida has grown to the best!”
“I’ll load him into the back of my car and take him to the pond,” Richardson tells residents.
Gator groans as he sticks his mouth and is placed behind the lieutenant’s car.
“I know, you’re mad. I know, you’re very mad,” Richardson told the Gator before making sure he was wearing his seat belt. “What do you know, let me give in to you.”
After a short ride, the gator was moved to a nearby pond.
