The bill introduced by the Washington Congress will require drivers with a history of speeding to place a speed -limited device in the car.

The Republican State Congress, Gloria Mendoza, questioned how the bill continues to drive, how the bill helps people safely.
“So we are trying to help them regain their license by providing this tool,” said Mendosa. “So how can this help save life?”
