The free concert dedicated to first responders and the concert affected by the wildfires of January are scheduled to take place at the Hollywood Bowl on Tuesday night.
“We Love LA” is set to kick off at 8pm, so the star-studded cast will be starring, including seven-time Grammy Award-winning and pop star icon Christina Aguilera.
Music and Artistic Director Gustavo Dudamel will lead the La Philharmonic Concert featuring Palisades Charter High School band Gerald Clayton.
The show also includes music from Raphil’s collaborators John Williams and Gabriela Ortiz, along with a selection of Mahler, Gershwin, Canon and more.
The Master Chorale from Los Angeles will also be performing.
The performance will be broadcast on live statewide radio on Classical California KUSC in Los Angeles (91.5FM) and Classical California KDFC in San Francisco (90.3FM) or their respective websites.
The program will remain posted online for a week after the concert.
Thousands of first responders from across the state and beyond reached north as Canada and South Mexico, fighting the flames in multiple regions for three and a half weeks.
The two biggest fires burned a combination of 37,469 acres. A Palisade fire burned 23,448 acres, while Eton fire burned 14,021 acres, burning billions of damage and thousands of lost homes.
