After a three-week break, the iconic comedy show is back on a weekend packed with commemorative content celebrating its 50th anniversary.

There will be no new episodes of “Saturday Night Live” on Saturday. Instead, NBC has rebooted its first episode of the show since October 11, 1975, starring comedian and host George Carlin and music guests Billy Preston and Janice Ian.
