White House press chief Karoline Leavitt accused the “fraudulent” judge during a press conference Tuesday after federal judges blocked revoking the legal status and work permits of more than 530,000 immigrants from Cuba, Haiti, Nicaragua and Venezuela.

On Tuesday, Fox News Senior White House correspondent Peter Doucy asked Lewitt why President Joe Biden was allowed to establish a program “on the stroke of the pen,” but Trump had been stopped from finishing the way CHNV started.

“I spoke to the White House Advisor’s Office about this this morning, apparently because another fraudulent district court judge is trying to stop the administration’s efforts to deport the U.S. with this latest injunction,” Leavitt said. She also denounced the Biden administration, accusing former officials of “abusing the US parole system, “by “quickly tracking legal status” for illegal immigration.

“We will continue to focus on deporting as many individuals as possible,” Leavitt added.

Obama’s appointee, Judge Indira Talwani, wrote that he blocked the Trump administration by saying that each of the more than 530,000 immigrants needed to conduct a separate, case-by-case review.

Venezuelan immigrants will arrive in Caracas, Venezuela after being deported from the United States from March 24, 2025.

Officials from the Department of Homeland Security and Trump administration said Talwani’s ruling essentially prohibits Trump from using his own enforcement to revoke the parole he granted when he took office.

“It’s a purely lawless movement,” Trump administration officials told Fox News.

Under the Biden-era program known as the CHNV, immigrants from Cuba, Haiti, Nicaragua and Venezuela were allowed to enter the United States via humanitarian parole after receiving pre-trip approval. The program allowed up to 30,000 citizens per month to enter the country.

Republicans opposed the program and urged the Biden administration to shut it down. Several House members signed a letter to then Secretary of Homeland Security Alejandro Mayorcas, calling for an end to the CHNV as the United States faced an “unprecedented crisis” at its southern border.
