According to arrest reports, Levy was involved in obstructing a Weston Road restaurant.
Levy was “very drunk and causing interference in the restaurant,” and was told not to return to manager, the report said.
The aide arrived and told Levy to leave his property multiple times, but was taken into custody after ignoring the sub-wage, the report said.
He was later booked to prison.
Levy made a temporary appearance in court on Tuesday, with his bonds totaling $500 and set at $250 on each claim.
He left prison late in the evening and briefly spoke to the reporter before leaving.
“All of a sudden he started arguing with another man. I just got in the middle and got off track. I’m the guy who’s handcuffed,” he said.
