One lucky California lottery player has a $10 million reason to enjoy the first day of the summer thanks to victory scradder tickets sold at local stores.
Barley Bin Liquor, a family-run corner store on Whitter, has sold its winning tickets, California lottery officials announced Friday.
The store run by the Raymond and Tony Boulos brothers will receive a $50,000 bonus to sell tickets. They told lottery officials that the money would be reinvested in the store that his father, Leon, first bought decades ago.

“I see adults I knew like a child,” Raymond Boulos told lottery officials. “They’re eight years old and now they’re in their 30s. That’s where when people come here they can never leave.”
The winner of the $10 million award has not yet been made public, so you will need to complete the standard billing process for the California lottery.
Big Wynn is the second major lottery prize for Barley Boil sale this year. In March, customers won $750,000 from Mystery Crossword Scratcher Tickets. This is the first top prize the Boulos family has seen in the history of the store.
Since the California lottery began in 1985, California public schools and universities have received more than $46 billion in funding.
