The 34-year-old San Bernardino County woman was arrested for attempted murder after a fight broke out at a house party over the weekend and several people were injured, authorities said.
In a news release, officials with the San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Office said violence broke out at the Victorville home in the 13,000 block of Maywood Street just before 3am on June 22.
Investigators said the suspect, Angelica Riojas, a resident of Apple Valley, was standing outside the car waiting to pick up his brother when he was reportedly faced with another woman who had escalated into a physical altercation.

“As Riojas left to get into the car, several individuals continued to chase and punch her,” the official said. “Inside her car, Riojas produces box cutters and injures multiple subjects.”
The federal government appeared to incite violence in LA County protests, the local mayor said.
SBSD deputies at the Victorville Police Station responded to the residence with reports of multiple stab wounds and learned that the 34-year-old had already fled the scene.
Authorities said two casualties with multiple injuries were on the scene and rushed to the hospital, while additional victims were transported to the hospital.
The condition of the injured victim was not immediately available.
Riojas, later found in hospital, was taken into custody and booked at Adelanto’s High Desert Detention Center facility for murder and assault on fatal weapons charges, officials said.
Investigators did not provide any information about what led to the conflict. They also did not say if anyone else was arrested in connection with the incident.
Anyone who may have witnessed the incident will be asked to dispatch a sheriff at 760-241-2911, Victorville station on SBSD, or 760-956-5001. Those who want to remain anonymous will be encouraged to call the WetIP hotline at 800-78 Crime or leave tips online at www.wetip.com.
