Authorities are offering a $15,000 reward for information about a suspect who killed a woman during a 2024 drive-by shoot in Los Angeles.
On July 2, 2024, 22-year-old Raejonette Morgan was driving on Vermont Avenue near the 105 Expressway, near West Athens, LA.
As she approached the highway, a suspicious vehicle drove with her, and the gunman fired several shots with the Morgan, killing her. Her Mercedes-Benz sedan crashed near an on-ramp on the highway.

Footage posted by witnesses on social media showed Morgan’s vehicle was plagued by a bullet hole as she rushed over to help her.
She rushed to the port of UCLA Medical Center and died two days later.
Investigators with the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department believe Morgan is an innocent victim of gang violence and was mistaken for someone else when the suspect’s vehicle was driven and fired.

Morgan’s family spent a candlelight vigil to honor her life, seeking the help of the public in tracking down the person in charge.
On April 24, the LA County Board of Supervisors announced a $15,000 remuneration for information leading to the arrest and conviction of a suspect or suspect.
