As firefighters were already battling two large fires raging in the Pacific Palisades and Altadena, another wildfire broke out in Los Angeles County on Wednesday morning.
The Woodley Fire started at 6:15 a.m. on North Woodley Avenue just west of the 405 Freeway and north of the 101 Freeway in Sepulveda Basin and quickly grew to 75 acres.

The fire was being carried south by strong winds and threatened to cross Burbank Boulevard, according to a post on the Cal Fire incident website.
“Crews are working aggressively to extinguish the fire and protect structures in the affected area,” officials said.
The cause of the fire is still under investigation.
There were no immediate reports of injuries.
The fire started as crews were already working on two major incidents, including the Palisades Fire, which broke out Tuesday morning and destroyed 1,000 structures in the Pacific Palisades area.
