For the first time since 2019, Yosemite National Park will open all 13 park campsites in the summer.
Park officials say the move will add around 500 campsites, increasing the chances for guests to experience the park during peak travel season.
“As we enter a busy summer season, we are very excited to see these campsites open to the public,” Yosemite National Park performer Ray McPaden said in a statement. “Camping at this park is truly a magical experience and we want to provide opportunities for as many visitors as possible.”

The White Wolf Campground is scheduled to open on June 20th, followed by Tamarack Flat Campground on June 23rd. Both are along Tioga Road. Reservations for both areas opened on Sundays.
Visitors to White Wolf should note that drinking water is not available and only portable toilets are provided. Drinking water is not available at Tamarack Flat, but there is a vault toilet.
The Yosemite Creek Campground along Tioga Road will open on July 1st. Reservations for Sites 1-40 will be available on a rolling basis, just like everyone else at 7am on Tuesday.
The opening dates for the campsites at Bridalveil Creek, Porcupine Flat and Tuolumne Meadows have not yet been announced. All other Yosemite campsites are currently open and can be booked online.
