LOS ANGELES (KTLA) – A 14-year-old boy has been arrested in connection with serious injuries to another teen at a right-handed demonstration in downtown Los Angeles, authorities said Wednesday did.
The February 7 violence occurred at Grand Park, located at 200 North Spring Street, after 1:30pm, the Los Angeles Police Department said.
Responding officers spotted the victim of a 17-year-old male suffering from a stab wound. Paramedics with the LA Fire Station rushed the teen to the hospital where they were listed in danger.
Details surrounding the stab are limited, and it is unclear exactly what happened, but when Sky5 flew around the scene, the camera captured at least one brawl that broke out in the aftermath of the stab wound .

Witnesses identified solely as wills told KTLA they did not believe the suspect in the stab wound is part of the peaceful demonstration. Calls for control for large-scale deportation.

“I came to protest and there was a guy who came out who wasn’t even part of the protest,” he said. “I got it all on camera.”
After the confusion caused by the stab wound, the demonstration organizers reportedly encouraged protesters to leave the park.
Until that night, LAPD told people to avoid the area.
Police say the teenage stab wound suspect was arrested by officers of the Lampert Division in LAPD just before 5pm on February 11th and booked for an attempted murder.
No updates have been provided regarding the status of the 17-year-old victim.
