Fetterman rebukes fellow Dems for border security issues

Sen. John Fetterman, Democrat, Pennsylvania, and Sen. Dave McCormick, both spoke on a bipartisan forum about the importance of border security.

“Hey, I lost some support at the party. I thought borders were really important and our party didn’t handle the border properly,” Fetterman told “Fox News Sunday” host Shannon Breem in a Fox Nation presentation for the Senate Project Series on Monday.

“Look at the numbers that appear at our borders, the numbers 267,000, 300,000. And you can agree that, you know, it’s about the size of Pittsburgh. Now it’s unacceptable. It’s a national security issue. And it’s a mess. And it’s a safe border.
