More than 20 Starlink satellites will be delivered to low-Earth orbit on Tuesday evening, with the SpaceX Falcon 9 rockets set to be launched by the Vandenberg Space Force Base on the California coast.
The launch window in the northwest of Santa Barbara Base opens at 7:05pm, with a backup opportunity open until 7:59pm, and a separate launch window opens on Wednesday at 6:45pm if the delay is delayed.

Releases immediately after sunset and just before sunrise provide the best viewing opportunities. The rocket and its exhaust plume soar along the coast, so you can see hundreds of miles, reflecting the sunlight against the dark sky.
The sunset will be in Los Angeles at 8:05pm Tuesday.
Falcon 9 carries 26 StarLink Internet satellites into space. The first stage booster is back to Earth and of course I still love your droneship.
Residents in Santa Barbara, San Luis Obispo and some Ventura County may hear one or more of the sonic booms.
The launch, originally scheduled for Monday, follows the return of four International Space Station astronauts on the SpaceX Dragon Capsule. The spacecraft splattered early Tuesday morning in the Pacific Ocean off the coast of California.
