The Grinch is spreading more mischief than holiday cheer this year at Krispy Kreme when he decided to put his own spin on the chain’s iconic glazed donuts.
The donut chain announced that Grinch green donuts will be available at participating locations while supplies last.
Customers can only receive green donuts if they shop in-store on Fridays and Saturdays.

A limited-time “Merry Grinchmas Donut Collection” will also be available to celebrate the holiday season.
Grinch Donuts: Unglazed donuts filled with cookies and cream filling to represent coal, dipped in green icing with chocolate icing grins and buttercream hair. Grinch Claus Donut: A glazed donut dipped in chocolate icing and topped with white buttercream and “Christmas Crispies and Grinch Pieces.” Cindy Lou Who Mary Berry Tree Donut: A glazed donut dipped in strawberry-flavored icing featuring a green buttercream tree and decorated with festive sprinkles and star pieces. Santa Berry Donuts: Unglazed donuts filled with white cream, dipped in red icing and decorated with Santa’s belt and buckle. Holiday Sprinkle Donuts: Glazed donuts dipped in chocolate icing with festive sprinkles.
This collection will be available until Christmas Eve.
This isn’t the first time Krispy Kreme has temporarily changed the color of its glazed donuts. Green glazed donuts are usually available around St. Patrick’s Day.
