Nestlé USA voluntarily recalls some of the lean dishes and Stouffer’s frozen meals due to the potential presence of foreign ingredients.
In a statement, the company said there could be “wood-like materials” in its products, but the recall only applies to a few items produced between August 2024 and March 2025.

The statement said the recall did not include the above products. Potential choking incidents that could have been recorded were recorded, which prompted the company to take action.
According to NestléUSA, consumers who purchase any of these products in the affected time frame should not prepare or consume the product, but must return it to the location they purchased for exchange or refund.
Nestlé USA said they are actively investigating the source of materials like wood and are confident that it is an isolated incident.
