A pregnant US citizen is speaking after she was arrested Wednesday by ice agents looking for an undocumented husband.

Sabrina Medina, 28, says she feels like she’s been “stalked” nearly a month after federal agents blew her front door out of her Huntington Park home during the attack.

“They are trying to use me as bait for their husbands. I said I wouldn’t talk to him, I have no communication with him,” Medina said. “They said to me, ‘We can go this all the way through, you know.’ ”

Medina and her undocumented mother were arrested Wednesday after leaving the clinic for a pregnancy test. She says she has already been tracked four times by federal agents, but this is the first time they have arrested her.

“If they don’t make my mother my husband, they’re going to give her federal time,” Medina said.

Social media videos show arrests at about 3pm outside the clinic off the coast of Alvarado and Eighth Avenue.

Medina says the agent trolled her and pushed her belly against the car. After complaining of abdominal pain, she was taken to the hospital.

“They might have killed my baby,” Medina said.

According to Medina, Ice arrested her pregnant mother on a 12-year-old unpaid warrant for shoplifting 12 years ago.

“I think I have a warrant now… I didn’t know about it,” Medina said.

She first met an agent on June 12th. Surveillance video shows armed federal agents who exploded into her home in search of her undocumented husband Jorge Saldana. DHS Executive Director Kristi Noem was observing the operation.

Medina says her husband spent time 10 years ago, convicted of assaulting a deadly weapon. Saldana has not been home since the attack began in June, but agents continue to visit Medina.

Sabrina Medina says she was told she would be released if she flipped her husband. Robert Kovacik is reporting an NBC4 News report on August 6, 2025 at 11pm.

“I think they’re stalking me,” Medina said. “They are in violation of my human rights.”

Medina offers to work with her agent to safely detain her husband, but says, “They don’t care.”

The NBCLA has contacted DHS and ICE to comment on Medina’s allegations and has not responded.
