Police said he was arrested in Burbank earlier this week.

A Burbank police officer was dispatched to Nordstrom Lack to North Strom Lack after reporting someone loving in the women’s department. According to a news release from the Burbank Police Station, their investigation led them to nearby Walmart and used the store’s surveillance system to track female customers.

Officers saw the suspect following the woman and leaned behind her and “inappropriately sniffing her ass and were caught up in indecent behaviour,” the release said.

The suspect, 38-year-old Cares Caron Crowder, was later taken into custody.

Clauder documents the history of arrests in similar cases in Burbank and Glendale dating back to 2021, according to the release.

In 2023, Glendale police said Clauder was arrested near his Glendale home on suspicion of “peeping.” He is also said to be performing olfactory acts at a bookstore in Burbank.

In 2023, former Los Angeles Laker Robert Holly reposted accusations by his wife at X, and Crowder crept out his daughter years ago to jail. Records show that Holly’s wife, designated in the charge, went to prison, but details of the charge could not be confirmed.

“Please help stop this predator by reposting and saying the words,” Holly said.

The Burbank City law firm filed one lo with intent to commit a crime, the release said. Crowder’s bail is set at $100,000 and will be in custody until his next appearance in court on August 1st.
