According to the Glendale Police Department, four suspected armed robbers ended in a violent crash in Glendale.

Officers responded to reports of armed robbery in the 800 block of West Glenok around 1am

The four men dressed in black and armed with firearms cost hundreds of dollars on merchandise in the store, according to the victims.

Officers later found the car, matching descriptions of the car used in the robbery, speeding it down Monterey Road and Geneva Street.

When police tried to implement a traffic stop, the driver continued, followed by a short pursuit.

The suspicious robber vehicle crashed in an unavailable car near Jackson Street and Lexington Drive, where one person escaped on foot but was soon caught.

Another suspicious robber was kicked out of the car during a crash.

All four of the suspected robbers were seriously injured in a crash and were taken to Huntington Memorial Hospital in Pasadena, police said.

During their investigation, Glendale police confirmed that the suspected robber vehicle was stolen and a firearm was reportedly recovered at the scene.
